Hi Friends,

Thought I’d post here the kinds of properties I’m looking for, just in case you know of anything.

1) A Sober-Living Home: With my minister business partner Rev. Terry, we’re looking for a fixerupper 3-4 bedroom, 2 bath single family residence, preferably in Thurston County, WA, or nearby, that has a lot big enough for parking, like on a corner. This property also needs to be on sewer. Call me if you have any leads!

2) In Kansas City, Missouri, I am looking for 2-1 bungalows to rehab into cute affordable rentals.

3) I am always in the lookout for properties in vacation areas that could be turned into beautiful vacation rentals.

4) I would also like to find a duplex or triplex, or even a house that could be rehabbed into a small multi-family in Washington near my kids, where one of the units could be for me.
